System
Design
Our
design team represents over a half-century of experience in
designing and installing church sound, video, and lighting
systems. This experience translates into professional coordination
to make sure the sound and video installations coordinate
seamlessly with the remainder of your construction or renovation
project. Our systems are always designed to provide room for
growth, as well as the capability for higher clean sound levels
than you will ever need. The digital signal processor provides
more precise equalization than the older-technology graphic
equalizers, while also providing signal delay and compression/limiting
for speaker protection. The power sequencing/conditioning
equipment not only prevents annoying, and possibly damaging,
thumps when the equipment is powered on and off, but provides
single-switch operation as well as surge protection.
For
video projection, we will recommend a screen of the proper
size for the furthest viewer to be able to clearly read text.
The projector will provide more than enough brightness for
excellent viewing. The switcher-scaler allows the operator
to select video sources with a single switch, and then automatically
converts the video for the resolution of the projector.
Our
video recording systems use professional pan/tilt/zoom cameras
made by Sony for this purpose, not a security camera as some
other contractors use.
Our
performance lighting systems deliver maximum impact for your
services and productions, while maintaining visual harmony
with your decor.
Equipment
Brands
There
are many manufacturers of audio and video equipment. Perhaps
most of them target garage bands who buy through music stores.
Only a few make products that are designed with the highest
quality and reliability. Danley, Crown, Renkus-Heinz, Shure,
Countryman, Allen & Heath, and HSA are manufacturers whose
products have proven reliable in fixed sound installations
and in mobile production systems for many years, which is
why we use thewir products. This is simply not a claim that
can be truly made by most of the other manufacturers, including
the ones best-known to the average consumer.
Installation
We
use the proper grade and gauge of wire and cable, installed
so that it is invisible, as far as is possible. Careful attention
is always given to both appearance and operator-friendilness.
After-Sale
Support
Once
we have installed your system, we conduct complete training
for your staff and volunteers, and if needed, will return
for an occasional refresher session. Then we will give you
our cell phone numbers for support after hours if needed.
Our warranty covers the complete system for a year, and the
power amplifiers, speakers, and microphones carry longer manufacturers'
warranties. We try to combine the advantages of large-company
service with the personal service and support of a small shop.
